We want you to love your items from Granite Sports! If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase you can return it at any time in it's original condition with tags attached. (That's right! Any time! We do not have a time limit on returns!)
Returns received within 90 days will be credited back in your original form of payment. Returns received after 90 days will be reimbursed via a Granite Sports Online credit code / store credit to be applied to a future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods (food), toiletries, and Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- How to Make a Return or Exchange (In-Store Purchase):
Simply bring your item with tags, original packaging, and receipt back into the store and we'll get you squared away!
- How to Make a Return (Online Purchase):
To return your product, email us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. (If you live locally and wish to return your item to our Hill City store, please email us for return instructions.)
If you are returning your item due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to avoid this charge, you are welcome to ship your item back to us using your own shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (If you choose to use your own shipping method, ship your item to Granite Sports, 135 Matkins Ct., Hill City, SD 57745.)
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Returned sale items will be reimbursed via a Granite Sports Online credit code to be applied to a future purchase.
If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- How to Make an Exchange (Online Purchase):
If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased, you have two options:
Option #1: Send back the original product (in it's original condition) along with a request for a different product. Simply include a note with all the necessary information (item name, color, and size & your contact info) in the package so we can get you the correct item. Once we receive the original product and exchange request, we'll get the new item sent out in 1-3 business days. If the item you're requesting as an exchange is no longer available, we'll contact you immediately. (Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee the availability of the item for which you'd like to exchange. Which is why you may want to consider option #2...)
Option #2: To ensure that you get your new item faster and while it's still in stock, contact us via email to place your exchange order, or simply create a new order on our website. Then, send the original product(s) back to us for a refund. Please note that you will be charged for both items until the original is returned to us in sellable condition. Upon receipt, we'll credit the cost of your returned item to your original method of payment.
